The 630T Loader: Six Core Advantages
I. Powerful Engine and High-Efficiency Transmission System: Stable Output Under Heavy-Load Conditions
The 630T loader is equipped with a mature and reliable power platform, featuring deeply integrated and optimized matching between the engine and the transmission system; this ensures that the machine maintains a continuous, efficient, and stable power output across a wide range of operating conditions.
Its low-speed, high-torque design enables robust starting capabilities—even under full load, during uphill climbs, or on soft ground—effectively preventing engine stalling. With rapid power response and precise throttle control, operations such as loading and material transfer are executed with greater fluidity and efficiency.
Even during prolonged, continuous operation, the machine exhibits minimal power attenuation and exceptional stability, making it particularly well-suited for high-intensity, heavy-duty construction environments such as mines, aggregate yards, and earthmoving projects.
II. Optimized High-Efficiency Hydraulic System: Faster and More Precise Operations
The machine's hydraulic system incorporates a high-efficiency, energy-saving design philosophy. Through precise control via a multi-way valve and optimized matching of system flow, it achieves highly coordinated operation across lifting, tilting, and compound movements.
The hydraulic system features rapid response times and smooth, shock-free transitions between actions, thereby effectively boosting the efficiency of single-cycle operations. The lifting process is smooth and powerful, while the unloading action is clean and thorough—minimizing material residue and spillage to enhance overall operational quality.
Furthermore, the hydraulic system minimizes energy loss and maintains stable oil temperature control, ensuring the equipment sustains reliable performance output even during prolonged, high-intensity continuous operation.
III. Reinforced Overall Structural Design: Enhanced Load-Bearing Capacity
The 630T incorporates a design philosophy centered on an integral, reinforced structure. Its frame is fabricated from high-strength alloy steel, with critical load-bearing zones specifically thickened and structurally strengthened.
The complete machine exhibits exceptional torsional rigidity and impact resistance; it maintains structural stability—resisting deformation and cracking—even under heavy-load shoveling, frequent impact, and complex terrain conditions.
Furthermore, optimized welding processes and stress distribution designs effectively extend the machine's service life, significantly enhancing its long-term reliability in harsh operating environments.
IV. High Stability and Strong Environmental Adaptability: Safer and More Reliable Operations
The machine's center of gravity layout has been scientifically optimized to ensure excellent stability—even during high-lift and heavy-load operations—thereby significantly reducing the risk of tipping.
The chassis structure is paired with a wide-body tire design, enhancing ground adhesion and off-road capability to effectively navigate complex terrains such as muddy ground, gravel, and slopes.
Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a high-efficiency heat dissipation system and a reinforced electrical protection structure, enabling it to effectively withstand harsh conditions—including high temperatures, heavy dust, and high humidity—and ensuring stable operation across diverse global construction environments.
V. Fuel Economy Optimization + Maintenance-Friendly Design: Reducing Total Cost of Ownership
Through the synergistic optimization of its powertrain and hydraulic systems, the 630A achieves an optimal balance between fuel consumption and operational efficiency, minimizing energy waste and enhancing productivity per unit of fuel consumed.
While ensuring robust power output, the machine effectively reduces long-term operating costs and boosts the customer's overall return on investment.
The entire machine features a modular design concept, with key maintenance points centrally arranged to provide ample access space for inspections. This facilitates more convenient daily maintenance, significantly reduces service time, improves equipment availability and utilization rates, and minimizes losses associated with downtime.
VI. Multifunctional Attachment Expansion System: Versatile Applications for High Value
The 630T loader is equipped with a quick-change attachment system, enabling the rapid switching between various work implements in a short time. This allows for "one machine, multiple uses," significantly expanding the equipment's scope of application and enhancing its economic value.
Optional attachments include:
l Standard Bucket (Sand, Gravel, and Earthmoving Operations)

Through the expansion of its attachment system, the equipment can broadly cover diverse fields—including engineering construction, agricultural production, logistics and transportation, and municipal engineering—thereby significantly enhancing both equipment utilization and return on investment.
Routine Operation
1. Before Operation
Walk-around Inspection: Check for oil, coolant, or air leaks; inspect tire pressure and check for embedded objects; verify that pins and bolts are securely fastened.
Fluid Level Checks: Check engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, and brake fluid levels (perform checks on level ground with the engine cold).
Startup Self-Check: Allow the engine to idle for 30 seconds to ensure no warning lights appear on the instrument panel; verify that lights, horn, and brakes are functioning normally; operate the lifting, tilting, and steering mechanisms to ensure smooth movement without any sticking.
2. During Operation
Warm-up: When the engine is cold, allow it to idle to reach operating temperature before engaging in heavy-load work.
Loading: Avoid operating at full load for extended periods; when scooping materials, keep the bucket low and tilt it back smoothly—avoid sudden lifting or dropping movements.
Steering: Steer at low speeds; avoid turning the steering wheel while the machine is stationary (static steering).
Cooling: If the engine temperature becomes too high, stop the machine to allow it to cool down; clean any dust or mud from the radiator surface.
3. After Operation
Cleaning: Remove accumulated mud and dust from the bucket and the machine body; clean the radiator fins.
Draining: Drain water from the fuel-water separator and the air reservoir tank.
Lubrication: Apply grease to all hinge points and pins until fresh grease begins to extrude.
Parking: Park in a dry, well-ventilated area; disconnect the main power supply for long-term storage; during winter, drain the coolant system or use antifreeze.
